The Kennecott Bed & Breakfast is new as of 2006 and features a clean, comfortable, quiet one-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen, queen bed, private bath and a spectacular view of the Kennicott Glacier.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people (1 queen bed, 1 double futon and 1 single), comes with a fully equiped kitchen (full range of eating and kitchen ware), general condiments and barbecue grill. Bread, muffins, butter, jam, pancake mix, cereal, milk, coffee and tea are provided as a self-serve breakfast - all you need to bring are food items for addtional meals. Meals are also available across the street at the Kennicott Glacier Lodge. Please be advised dinners are subject to seating availability - Call 907-554-4477 at least 48 hours prior to the desired reservation to check on availability.

The Kennecott Bed & Breakfast is owned by Rick Jurick and managed by Terry & Dee Frady, long time residents of the Kennicott Valley, who operate the wonderful gift shop, Fireweed Mountain Arts and Crafts, upstairs. They will be happy to help you out and answer any questions you may have. And make sure you don't leave without visiting their shop... They feature many local artists and high quality Alaska gifts - the best you'll find anywhere in the state!
